The Mountain is Phil Boyd, Colin Vandenburgh, Chris D’Amore, and Joe Kenneally. Their legendary live shows are often talked about by the love that fills the room during their sets. Hailing from Kittery, ME, you can find them playing some combination of guitar, fiddle, mandolin, octave mandolin, bass, and banjo, while singing luscious harmonies for the soul. The Mountain is indebted to the music of Andrew Marlin, Joe K. Walsh, John Prine, John Craigie, Della Mae, Cahalen Morrison and Eli West, Hawktail, and many more, pulling from the deep well of Americana, Folk, and Old-Time traditions from Quebec, Scotland, Ireland, New England, Appalachia, and far afield.
